Delete your account

This requests permanent deletion of your AnswerCraft account, messages, recordings and saved settings. It is different from cancelling a subscription while keeping access until the end of a paid period.

We process requests within 7 calendar days and email you when deletion is complete. Records that must be retained by law are excluded, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Completed deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your account, messages, recordings and settings cannot be recovered. You will lose access to your assigned AnswerCraft number, and it may later be reassigned. Your own mobile or business phone number is not deleted.

Before deletion is completed, turn off call forwarding on your phone. Deleting an app or account cannot change your carrier’s forwarding settings. If forwarding remains on, calls may fail or eventually reach someone else. Use your carrier’s forwarding controls or contact your carrier to reset them. Save anything you need first.

Changed your mind? Sign in before the displayed deadline and choose Continue with AnswerCraft, then type CONTINUE to cancel your pending request. Signing in alone does not cancel deletion.

Limited protected matches for your email, phone number and payment-card fingerprint are retained to prevent repeated free trials. These records do not include full card numbers, messages or recordings. Deleting an account does not create new trial eligibility. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.

Requesting deletion does not itself cancel recurring billing or issue a refund. We will address any active subscription during processing.
